Barker Graves is a recruitment consultancy specialising in account handlers, creatives, and strategists for a range of communications agencies. The company was established in 1998, and has two experienced consultants who between them have over 40 years of recruitment experience.
We’ve worked in and with the communications agency industry at senior level for many years. We understand and have a view on the industry and the job market past, present and future and we’re interested in why it is changing and what it needs to grow in the future.
We take time to understand the specific type of talent you want to grow your agency from personality to channel experience. Like all good agency people we sometimes question the brief and take a more lateral approach, gently encouraging you to meet people you may not have considered.
The quality of our client list, depth and longevity of our client relationships is proof of the success of our approach. We get to know our candidates properly, the majority are recommended or have worked with us in the past.
We visit all agencies to familiarise ourselves with your agency's environment and personality.
We interview our candidates face to face for at least an hour and give you a summary that reflects this.
Each candidate will have been briefed fully on your requirements.
