One of Londons best ATL agencies is looking for a Direct and Digital SAM to work on a global account . Senior Account Manager to lead the delivery and development of a pan European Loyalty CRM programme. Ideally we want someone who has really solid direct to consumer experience and has an analytical way of solving problems and is not afraid of the detail and numbers behind CRM. In terms of the candidate the role demands more than just creative development and would need someone who has worked with and managed creative and data planners to come up with strategic and creative solutions to deliver direct to consumer communications or if possible CRM or direct to consumer comms journey’s. The role is for a more seasoned SAM rather than a junior person as they need to be able to do the day to day account man tasks with their eyes shut whilst being detail orientated be able to see the bigger strategic picture. ...
