| Working in agency recruitment since 1989 Jane has a wealth of recruitment and training experience. She has a wide knowledge of the agency world and having started her career in creative she has a strong appreciation of good creative work. After working for two highly respected marketing recruitment consultancies she set up her own and since 1998 has built a fantastic reputation in the agency world. Jane looks after account management at all levels from account executive to MD and all creative placements. Jane has a gently tenacious style and an instinctive understanding of how to help agencies attract the best people and candidates find their dream job. When she's not at work Jane is a keen painter having recently moved from oils to watercolours. She's also a member of a lively book club, a keen runner and loves using her visual appreciation to refurbish houses. |
Before becoming a Recruitment Consultant Sarah enjoyed 17 years in agency account handling. After a baptism of fire at two small agencies she rose through the ranks at Carlson Marketing to Managing Partner at the tender age of 29. She ran her own CRM consultancy business and then went on to hold senior management roles as Head of Account Management at TBWA/GGT and Client Services Director at Publicis Dialog. She's hugely enjoying using her management experience to help people find their dream role. Sarah is a qualified Business Coach and has put the technique to practice very successfully in the last ten years. Sarah has a direct and candid style and tries very hard not to take herself too seriously. Her interests include bringing up her two cheeky daughters, modern art, singing, psychology and expanding her cookery repertoire. |
With over 14-years in agency account handling Vicky has worked across boutique and global integrated agencies on digital, direct and loyalty campaigns. This has given her great insight into how agency cultures differ and how to match candidate with client. Having joined Barker Graves in October 2011 Vicky is focused on freelance roles be they short-term cover or longer-term contracts for Account Executive to Group Account Director positions. Vicky is very approachable, likes a cafe latte and is genuinely interested in finding the right role for the right person. Outside of work Vicky loves fashion, travel and her 3-year old daughter. |
